Beechworth Preserves has its roots in the Beechworth area of north eastern Victoria where there has been a long association between the area and the making of quality foods.

From small beginnings in 1999 and due to popular demand the Beechworth Preserves business has grown from a home kitchen to now where the products are made in a large commercial kitchen.

What hasn’t changed is the pursuit of quality and the sourcing of the best possible ingredients particularly from the Beechworth area.

For example lemons are sourced from a 100-year old orchard at Staghorn Flat called Tiandi Grove that has old-world varieties not normally seen in the modern orchards.

These lemons are used to make distinctive products like the unique range of butters that Beechworth Preserves produce.

Beechworth products are distributed throughout New South Wales and Victoria and are available from this web-site to consumers all over Australia.

A thriving export market exists in Japan where Japanese consumers delight themselves with the popular range of Beechworth Butters.
